If there are remote technical support conditions, the project engineer can implement remote online processing; If on-site service is required, Nanjing Hongbo's project engineers will arrive at the site within a maximum of 12 hours to provide service.
During the warranty period, we will provide technical services free of charge (including replacement of damaged parts) if the fault occurs under the correct use conditions of the user. Due to the user's mismanagement, improper maintenance or violation of operating procedures caused by the damage, we will also send technical personnel to provide corresponding technical services, the cost incurred by the user.
