Cantilever shelves are generally made of two materials
1. Made of square tubes: Cantilever shelves are made according to the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements. First, square tubes that meet the layer load requirements are selected, cut into the required size, welded with anti-skid guard plates at one end, and welded with U-shaped column connectors at the other end.
2. Made of C-shaped steel: Cantilever shelves are made according to the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements. After selection, two pieces of C-shaped steel are welded, and after welding, anti-skid guard plates are welded at one end and U-shaped column connectors are welded at the other end.
The cantilever shelf column pieces are connected by connecting rods, which are generally made of rectangular tubes. To increase safety and stability, a flat iron back pull is added to the connecting rod to tighten the column piece.
All cantilever shelf parts are semi-finished products after production is completed, and will be sprayed in the last process. Before spraying, the shot blasting machine is used to remove oil and rust, and then spray. After completion, it is packaged and shipped.
