-The steel mezzanine structure is fully assembled.
-Floor is easy to match the lighting system.
-Cargo is transported to the higher floor by forklifts, lifting platforms or freight elevators, and then transported to designated locations by trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks.
-The column distance of this steel mezzanine is usually 4m to 6m.
-The height of the first floor is about 3m, and the height of the second and third floors is about 2.5m, or height based on storage needs.
-The floor load is usually from 300kgs/m2 to 1000kgs/m2.
-This type of mezzanine can combine storage and management with the closest distance, and can be used as a warehouse office upstairs or downstairs.

The floor panels are usually cold-rolled steel floors. They are buckled together. The floor panel could be made of checked plate, punched hole plate, steel grating and plain panel as following images show.
The door could be sliding door, open door and flip door as following design.
Transportation method could be through staircase, lift or transporting belt etc.
Handrail could be round tube, square tube, or mesh etc.

Answer 2: We provide sample parts free charged and you just need to pay the freight. When need whole sample rack for testing the possibility, please contact us for sample cost.
Question 3: I'd like to visit you. Which city should I go?
Answer 3: Our office is in Nanjing. The factory is in MaAnShan. Taking air or train to Nanjing South Station will be convenient. We will pick you up to our factory when needed. We have sales person and driver who will be with you during the visit. You don't have to worry about the traffic matter.
