Workshop steel mezzanine floor
Mezzanine floor structure is fully assembled. Bulk items are transported to floor level by forklifts, lifting platforms or freight lift, and then transported to designated locations by trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks.
Columns are often made of square tubes, round tubes and H steel., Column distance of this steel mezzanine is usually4m to 6m or could be as longer as 9m.
Main and secondary beams are usually made of H steel and cold-formed C-shaped steel.
The height of the first floor is about 3m, and the height of the second and third floors is about 2.5m. The height could be made to suit your storage needs. Commonly, floor load is from 300kgs/m2 to 1000kgs/m2.
Same as mezzanine rack, the floor could be plan panel, punched panel, steel grating, checkered panel, wooden panel. When floor is in steel, panels are locked to each other by a specially designed locking fastener. When floor is wooden type, panels is fastened to secondary beam by self-tapping screw.
The door could be sliding door, open door and flip door as following design.
Items could be transported to loading floor by above mentioned doors, staircase, lift or transporting belt etc.
Handrail could be round tube, square tube, or mesh etc.
