Steel warehouse mezzanine
The steel mezzanine is made up of column, main beam, add-on beam, add-on beam connector, floor decking, handrail, staircase and etc. The structure is fully assembled. The distance between columns is usually from 4m to 6m.
The height from floor decking to ground floor is customized based on user's storage needs. Normally 3m. The floor load is from 300kgs/m2 to 1000kgs/m2.
This steel mezzanine has the characteristics of quick construction, moderate cost, easy disassembly and assembly.

The floor panels are usually cold-rolled steel floors. They are buckled together. The floor panel design could be checked, with punched hole, steel grating and plain as following images show.
The door could be sliding door, open door and flip door as following design. Normally sliding door is used.
Cargo is transported to the higher floor by forklifts, lifting platforms or freight elevators, and then transported to designated locations by trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks.
Handrail could be made by round tube, square tube, or mesh etc.
