Drive in pallet racking system is used for palletized item storage. Forklift vehicle enter the channel for storing and picking up items except the item stored near the aisle. The rack model is suitable for items of small varieties and large quantities. The rack depth is recommended within seven pallet position when considering the convenience of forklift operation. Guide rail is suggested to be added for guiding forklift vehicle, which is a method of enhancing safety factor of storage system. Compared with selective pallet rack, drive in rack will increase more than 30% utilization.
Structure
The necessary parts of the rack model is frame (consist of upright, horizontal and diagonal bracing, base plate), spacer, cantilever arm, rail beam, vertical bracing, top bracing and back beam. Guide rail, upright protector, frame protector are optional components. It is bolted structure and could be dismantled and install to where you need it.
