The cable storage cantilever is constructed from a column-type steel base, cantilever base, support rod, and bearing assembly. It is widely used in large-scale cable manufacturing enterprises and power equipment companies. The cantilever comes in two main categories: light and heavy, with many subcategories derived from these. These subcategories can be customized to meet the specific needs of different application scenarios.

The cable storage cantilever can be either single-sided or double-sided. The columns are connected to the base using high-strength bolts, and the base is secured to the ground with expansion bolts. It can be placed indoors or outdoors after special surface treatment. A bearing base allows the support rod to rotate, enabling the cable to be cut to any length required during use.

The surface of the items is generally treated with a plastic coating. Standard color codes include: Blue RAL 5015, Orange RAL 2004, Light Gray RAL 7035, and Yellow RAL 1003. Custom colors can also be ordered based on specific requirements. The plastic coating process involves shot blasting (surface rust removal), spraying (surface oil removal), drying, powdering, curing, and finally, packaging upon completion.
