Pallet racks, also known as beam racks or cargo racks, are a type of heavy-duty racks that are widely used in various storage systems. Pallet racks are mainly used to store unitized pallet goods and are operated by aisle stackers and other storage and transportation machinery. Its structure is usually made of shelf pieces (with pallets) welded from steel sections, connected by horizontal and vertical tie rods and beams.
Structural features
The structure of pallet racks is simple, safe and reliable, and is usually composed of columns and beams. Its characteristic is that goods can be 100% freely picked, which is suitable for the storage of small batches of multiple varieties and large batches of small varieties. The layer height of pallet racks can be freely adjusted, and the single-layer load-bearing capacity can reach more than 6 tons, meeting the needs of most heavy goods.

Application scenarios
Pallet racks are widely used in manufacturing, third-party logistics, distribution centers and other fields. Due to its high space utilization and flexible and convenient storage and access, it is particularly suitable for the use of high-rise warehouses and ultra-high-rise warehouses. In high-rise warehouses, forward-moving battery forklifts, counterbalanced battery forklifts and other equipment are usually used for storage and retrieval operations; in ultra-high-rise warehouses, stackers are used for operations.
