Push back racks is a rack structure that pallet is placed on carrying cart and carrying cart runs along the inclined rail beam. The suggested depth is 2 pallet position, 3 pallet position and 4 pallet position
Structure of four pallet deep push back racks
Loading
Pallet 1 is placed on top trolley cart (big trolley cart), forklift carrying pallet 2 push pallet 1 into rack and placed on small trolley cart, pallet 3 and pallet 4 take the same operation.
Unloading
Forklift pick up pallet 4. In the meantime, trolley carts taking pallet 3, 2 and 1 roll down under gravity. Then forklift take pallet 3 till all pallets out.
Application
-Applicable to warehouses with high cost per unit area, such as cold storage, warehouses in prime locations in downtown, etc.;
-Applicable to warehouse that need maximize the storage space and items that don't have strict requirement on" first-in, first-out";
